To sign up please print the registration form below, complete it and return it to the swim club box at Graceville State School, pass it on to one of the committee members or bring it along to one of our club nights.

You will note there is a registration fee payable which is forwarded to QSA. Families who are considering joining the club can come along to up to four club nights to see what it's like before deciding whether to join the club.

Children who are members of other QSA clubs may also join our club for the season. Those children are eligible to be selected to compete for the club in inter-club meets but not for QSA and BSA meets.

Nominations must be received by 6pm on Thursday for swimmers to be eligible to swim on Friday night.
